Terms of Service

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Linkabl provides tools for capturing, organizing, enriching, and following up with personal and professional contacts, including AI-assisted scoring, message generation, and reminders. Features and limits depend on your plan.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, breach, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits, quotas, or paywalls.

4.1 AI Features

• You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit and for how you use the outputs.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical) and should be reviewed before being acted upon.
• You must have the rights to any contact data, images, or content you submit.
• We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that generate prohibited content (illegal material, harassment, deepfakes, malware, jailbreaking attempts).

You retain ownership of the contacts, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Linkabl a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service.

Linkabl LLC owns the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Paid plans, credit packs, and renewals are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Payment, billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, taxes, and currency are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Profile or via paddle.net. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7.1 Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for:

• Material breach of these Terms;
• Non-payment of fees;
• Suspected fraud, security risk, or abuse;
• Repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules.

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. You may export your contacts before termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkabl LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Linkabl LLC harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Linkabl LLC's registered office, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
